The alcohol content 10 – 12% by vol. Kindzmarauli has a dark-ruby colour and a complex, astringent bouquet with a blending of grapes, sour cherry and ripe plum notes which are emphasized by the notes of pomegranate and dewberry. This wine shall be served along with fruit and desserts. However Kindzmarauli will be a good pair to any meat dish, whether it is barbeque or a nice grilled steak.
